SECO

SECO (State Secretariat for Economic Affairs) is Switzerland's federal centre of excellence for economic and labour market policy, responsible for economic regulation, export controls, and the administration and enforcement of Swiss embargo and sanctions measures under the Embargogesetz (EmbG). It acts as the competent authority for sanctions compliance notifications, investigations, and administrative-criminal prosecutions under Swiss law.
